All customers intending to register and purchase from the Soloriyo website must read the terms of this agreement, before proceeding to register and make any kind of purchase from the website.

Registration on the site or purchasing from it constitutes having read and accepted the terms of purchase and registration, along with the relevant rules and regulations.

Any technical problem (including site technical issues, warehousing, out-of-stock items, etc.) that prevents the shipping process of your product from being carried out, will result in your payment to be refunded to your account.

Term 1: Correct Information

Individuals must go to the registration section to register on the site. At this stage, by entering the necessary information such as first and last name, password, and email address, a registration confirmation link will be sent to them, which users must click to confirm their registration process.

Note 1: The user must keep their password and username. If forgotten, they can register again and obtain a new password.

Note 2: The user must correctly provide their email address along with other requested information. The responsibility for incorrect or false registration lies with the user.

Note 3: Registration on the Soloriyo website is free.

Term 2: The purchasing

The purchasing  process from the site by the user is as follows:

Part 1: Viewing the products and services offered on the site.

Part 2: Online payment of a specific amount (or applying a discount coupon) by the buyer.

Part 3: Sending the receipt of the purchased product(s) and services via email or SMS to the user's email address or mobile number by Soloriyo team.

Part 4: Shipping the product(s) by Soloriyo using one of the methods announced or selected by the customer.

Note 1: If the buyer makes a purchase using a false identity (name, surname, etc.) and it becomes evident, Soloriyo has the right to cancel the order.

Term 3: Technical Support

The Soloriyo team provides the following information to users for their awareness:

  • Technical specifications and functional features of the product.

  • Determination of all costs that the customer is responsible for regarding the purchase.

  • Validity period of the offers provided.

Term 4: Disruptions

Internet service disruptions or any event that prevents the receipt containing the purchase code from Soloriyo reaching the user shall not void the user's rights.

Term 5: Obey the Rules

The user must not post comments or take any action on the site (forums or any other section) that violates the rights of others or leads to a criminal act. Users must also not express opinions regarding religious and political matters on this site. If any user fails to comply with this term, they will be immediately expelled from the site, and if they have made a purchase, their payment will not be refunded. Additionally, the user (member) loses the right to use this site.

Term 6: Delivery & Shipping

Delivery of the product(s) is at the company's store and warehouse. The shipping cost to the carrier and any buyer's destination is the responsibility of the buyer.

Term 7: Damages

Breakage and dents are the responsibility of the buyer. The company bears no responsibility.
