Growatt 12KW ES Inverter

The Growatt SPE 12000 ES is a 12kW single-phase hybrid inverter designed for large residential and small commercial systems requiring high power and battery backup. With a rated output of 12,000W, it handles heavy loads including EV charging and multiple appliances.

The inverter features dual Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) trackers, each supporting two PV strings with a maximum input current of 27A. It supports a 15,000W PV array and a wide MPPT voltage range of 60–480V, optimizing energy harvest from complex rooftops.

This model is parallel-ready, allowing up to nine units to be connected for a scalable system capacity of 108kW. It is compatible with both lithium and lead-acid 48V battery banks, offering a 250A charge current and 280A discharge current. An integrated Automatic Transfer Switch provides backup power in under 20 milliseconds. Dual AC outputs enable smart load management during outages, and grid-tied operation supports peak shaving. The unit achieves 96.5% maximum efficiency and operates in temperatures from -10°C to +50°C.
