Growatt MAX100_150KTL3-X-LV1 Inverter

The Growatt MAX100-150KTL3-X LV1 is a three-phase string inverter designed for commercial and industrial solar installations, with a power rating of 150kW. It is a grid-tied, transformerless design that prioritizes high yield and low levelized cost of energy through a flexible, multi-MPPT architecture.

The inverter is equipped with up to 10 Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) trackers, each handling two PV strings with a maximum input current of 32A per tracker and 16A per string. This makes it well-suited for large rooftops with complex layouts, partial shading, or bi-facial modules. The maximum DC voltage is 1,100V, with an MPPT voltage range of 180V to 1,000V, and it supports a DC/AC ratio of up to 1.5 to maximize energy harvest. It is also compatible with high power modules.

The inverter achieves a maximum efficiency of 98.8% and a European efficiency of up to 98.5%. The 150kW version can reach 1.1 times its rated output power, delivering up to 165kW under optimal conditions. It includes Type II Surge Protection Devices (SPD) on both DC and AC sides, optional AFCI arc-fault detection, and an IP66-rated enclosure for outdoor installation. The unit is compatible with both AI and Cu AC cables, features DC 2 in 1 connection, and offers optional PLC communication.

The unit measures 970 × 640 × 345 mm and weighs 84kg, with an operating temperature range of -30°C to +60°C.
